Identify home heat loss to help save on bills

SWaCS is offering on loan a thermal imaging camera to Swanmore residents to help them identify where their homes are losing heat. By pinpointing troublespots a few simple steps may be all that’s needed to reduce fuel bills and cut down on greenhouse gases.

Winchester City Council declares climate change emergency

Winchester City Council has joined more than 70 authorities across the country in declaring a climate emergency.

The council will be aiming to make itself carbon neutral by 2024 and achieve the same with the wider district by 2030.
