Winchester Action on the Climate Crisis (WinACC) is a local charity. We work to bring communities, Councils, organisations and people together in Winchester District to respond to the climate crisis and create positive, sustainable change.
WeCAN is Winchester Climate Action Network – We CAN work together towards a carbon neutral Winchester district.
For anyone who is involved in action on the climate emergency in their local community.
Hampshire County Council has a target for the Hampshire area to be carbon neutral by 2050. To assess our progress towards this target, carbon emissions are tracked and reported annually.
This report tells you about your community’s carbon footprint – both the scale of
emissions and the main ‘activities’ responsible for the emissions.
