Swanmore Energy Efficient Open Home
Join us for a tour of this family home to explore energy-saving solutions and discuss the pros and cons with the architect and residents.
Visit a 2010 home with net energy and heating costs at around £500 a year and monthly water bills of £10. Also hear about a local 4-bedroom detached house, built in 2001 with a gas boiler, which has been progressively upgraded and fitted with ‘green’ technology including solar panels and an air source heat pump.
